Walk Through Inspection

The purpose of a Walk Through is to give you a general idea of the condition of the major components of the house. The client makes comments and takes notes while the house inspector explains the defects. It is very fun and easy and the client saves time because there is no report  to be written at the end of inspection. The inspection will take 1.5 to 2 hours or so for an average size home.
