Other important information:

 

12 hours notice by text or email is expected when cancelling an inspection. Half of the inspection fee is required if cancelling the inspection with less than 12 hours until inspection start time. If the inspection is cancelled with an hour of the inspection time or if the inspector arrives at the home to discover the inspection is not going to take place, the full inspection fee with be required to be paid. Fees are due at the time of inspection.
